How to reach us
To reach the JoueAviator editorial team, send an e-mail to [email protected]. E-mail is the only way to contact our team. We will never message you on a chat app to offer signals, a "predictor" or a deposit deal.
To help us reply quickly, tell us which page you are writing about, with its address or its title. If you are reporting a mistake, quote the sentence or the figure in question. A short, precise message is much easier for us to handle than a long story.
What we can help with
Our team answers any question about the content of the site. These are the requests we deal with most often.
- Fixing a mistake: an outdated figure, a game rule that has changed, a link that no longer works.
- Clarifying an explanation: how auto cash out works, how the demo differs from real money play, what RTP means.
- Looking at a suggestion: a topic our pages do not cover yet, or a question readers keep asking.
- Handling a request about your personal data, as set out in our privacy policy.
Before we change anything, we check each report against the original source, usually the game provider's website or the rules shown in the game. When a correction is justified, we update the page and its date changes.
What we cannot do
JoueAviator is not a gambling operator. We have no access to player accounts, we cannot see your deposits or withdrawals, and we cannot unlock an account or speed up a payment. Only your operator's customer support can deal with those issues.
- A deposit by Orange Money, Wave, MTN MoMo or Moov Money that has not arrived: contact the operator's support with the transaction receipt.
- A pending withdrawal or an identity check: follow it up from your account area on the operator's site.
- A missing bonus or disputed wagering terms: the operator writes the rules of its offer and applies them.
- A disagreement about a round: the game history and rules are inside the game, and the operator's support can open a complaint.
We do not give personal betting advice either. No method can predict the result of a round, and anyone who claims otherwise is after your money or your data.
Response time
We usually reply within a few working days. Messages that point out a factual error on a page go to the top of the pile. Unsolicited sales pitches do not get a reply.
If your question is about one game, try the FAQ at the bottom of each guide first. Our home page gives an overview of all six games, and the free Aviator demo section covers most questions about playing without money.
If gambling is becoming a problem
If you are writing because gambling is causing you trouble rather than about one of our pages, start with our responsible gambling and support page. It lists the warning signs, simple limits you can set and ideas for talking it through with someone.
Do not wait for our reply to act. Talk to your doctor or a health centre, and remember that licensed operators offer self-exclusion tools. Gambling is for adults aged 18 and over only.
